I want to have a real shot at landing a remote job. Where do I start?
The first step is knowing the right remote role that actually fits your skills, experience, and goals. That's what our Career Alignment Report helps with: we analyze your background and recommend the remote role that best matches you, and only if it aligns strongly enough by our grading. If nothing meets that bar, we'll tell you honestly rather than point you toward a poor fit.

Once you have an idea of your target role, take stock of the skills and tools you already have and where you may need to strengthen them.

Before you start applying, make sure your résumé, cover letter (optional), LinkedIn profile, and introduction audio/video are tailored to your target role. If you need help optimizing those, we have the full setup in our Career Club Authority Suite. Just reach out to find out how this service can help make landing a remote role simpler than ever.
Do you rewrite résumés?
Yes, we do, but not as a stand-alone service.

We've always known that a résumé by itself isn't enough to get you the job. Sometimes it's not enough to even land you the interview.

To be successful in the remote job market in 2026, it's mandatory to have the other key parts of a strong application: an optimized LinkedIn profile, a targeted cover letter (optional), an introduction audio/video clip, and the right strategy and routine to find and apply for aligned roles consistently.

We provide all these elements and more in the Career Club Authority Suite. Ask us about it!
Do you help with finding remote jobs?
We built our very own remote job board (like Caribbean Jobs, but for international remote jobs only, and with more features that help you make better applications). We share 100+ new job openings per day from companies hiring Latin American and Caribbean professionals specifically.
What services do you offer?
We have one core service — you won't need anything else to land a remote job other than this: the Remote Career Authority Suite.

1. Your Application Documents (proven to land interviews)
• A brand-new résumé built for remote-first companies
• A custom cover letter that clearly explains your value
• A fully optimized LinkedIn profile so recruiters trust what they see
• A written audio or video introduction script
• A Remote Interview Simulator to practice before real interviews
Everything aligned with what international recruiters tell us they're looking for.

2. Your 90-Day Gameplan
• A week-by-week roadmap with clear tasks for each stage, guidance on when to apply, and a simple strategy to follow to get hired.

3. 30-90 Days of Support
• Access to our team while you apply, monthly live group coaching calls, and direct guidance whenever you need it.

4. Early Access to Remote Jobs
• Our in-house job board with 100+ legitimate remote roles added per day, shared within minutes of being posted.

By the end, you should be operating like a serious, competitive remote candidate worthy of a remote job paying over $1,500 USD per month.
Do I need experience to land a remote job?
In most cases, yes. International remote employers generally look for real, relevant professional experience, and it's a big part of what makes you hireable from a distance. The good news is you likely have more to work with than you think. A lot of what we do is helping you reposition the experience you already have so it clearly shows the value you bring to a remote team.
What kinds of remote roles do you help people land?
We help professionals land remote roles across fields like Admin, Customer Support, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and Recruiting, among others. You don't have to figure out your target role on your own: our Career Alignment Report, inside the Career Club Authority Suite, analyzes your background and recommends the remote role that best matches you. We only recommend a role if it aligns strongly enough by our grading; if nothing meets that bar, we'll tell you honestly rather than point you toward a poor fit.
Do these remote jobs pay in USD, and how much can I earn?
Many international remote roles pay in USD, and the exact figure depends on the role, your experience, and the company. Our members regularly land roles paying over $1,500 USD per month, with more experienced professionals earning well beyond that. A big part of what we do is making sure you're positioned to be paid what your skills are actually worth, instead of settling for less.
Are these real jobs, or is this a scam?
They're real. The roles come directly from real companies' own job postings and career pages, and we share 100+ new openings every day through our own job board, Global Caribbeans. A few things that keep you safe: we're an education and preparation service, not a recruiter; we will never charge you to apply to a job; and we always point you to apply through official company pages. If anyone ever asks you to pay a fee to "verify," "activate," or "secure" a job, that's a scam, not a real employer.
Can I work a remote job from my country? Do I need to relocate or have a US work permit?
You can work from home in your own country, no relocation required. International remote companies hire globally, and many bring people on as contractors, so you typically don't need a US (or other country's) work permit to work an international remote role. Eligibility can vary from company to company, and knowing which roles fit your situation is part of what we help you map out.
Do I need any special equipment or software to work remotely?
For most remote roles, you'll need a reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to work. Specific tools and software vary by role, and most can be picked up on the job or learned on your own as you go.
Can you guarantee job placement or interviews?
We can guarantee you an interview, but we can't guarantee a job placement.

Only the companies themselves can make that final decision on whether or not to hire you. You don't go to an interview with the guarantee of getting the job, but you go anyway. Why? Because there's a chance you will, and a higher chance if you prepare well. That's exactly what we help you achieve: proper preparation, stronger document positioning and professional branding, and a boost to your confidence and clarity, exactly what you need to improve the quality and volume of your responses and interview invites.

Our insights are research-backed and recruiter-approved, which is why those who implement these frameworks always see better results.
I need a remote job ASAP, what do I do?
The recruitment process for some companies sometimes takes 2-3 weeks minimum. Understanding this, you must allow yourself the proper time to get your documents together, make at least 3 aligned and targeted applications per day (not just generic applications), prepare for your assessments and interviews, and improve your application approach to see better results.

Joining the Career Club Authority Suite gives you a 90-day Gameplan Dashboard that tells you exactly what to do and when, from start to finish. It breaks your strategy into manageable stages so you don't miss the important steps.

Plus, since we build your documents for you, find the jobs for you, and provide the preparation tools and resources, all you need to do is apply, complete the assessments (if needed), and ace the interviews. That's the unfair advantage you're given to land a remote job in less than 90, 60, or even 30 days.
Do you help with interviews?
Yes, we offer both preparation tools and guidance to help you feel more confident and ready.

Our Interview Simulator helps you practice your questions and answers out loud and in real time, so you're not just hoping to do well, you're confident and prepared. The simulator, included in the Career Club Authority Suite, works well for practicing both AI interviews and human interviews.
How much does the Career Club Authority Suite cost, and how do I join?
You can see the full breakdown of what's included and get started on our service page: careevo.co/authority. If you'd like help deciding whether it's the right fit for your situation first, that's exactly what a free Diagnosis Call is for.
Do you work with Jamaicans only?
We work with all Caribbean professionals applying to international remote roles. Our content, guidance, and services are designed for the entire region. We have helped individuals from Antigua, Trinidad, St. Kitts & Nevis, Barbados, and more.

Still, our advice and strategies apply to anyone trying to land a remote job, and we have helped people across the globe get better results in their applications by fixing their positioning and helping them tell a better career story.
I'm not yet 18, can I get a remote job?
Most international remote companies require applicants to be at least 18 years old for legal and contractual reasons. If you're younger, focus on building skills and experience through freelancing, volunteering, or small projects, so that when you reach the appropriate age you can meet the requirements and already have more than a year of experience behind you.
