Refunds are available before you submit your intake form. Once the intake form is submitted and we have started working on your documents, the service is non-refundable.
What happens after you pay
Here is the exact sequence, so you always know what comes next.
Once your payment goes through, your intake form is sent to you by email, at the same email address you used when making your payment.
After you send the payment, take a screenshot and email it to [email protected]. A team member verifies it, and once it is confirmed we send you your intake form. From there, every step below is the same.
